On the evening of February 29th, 2012 Frederica Credit Union enthusiastically merged with Five Star Credit Union (Dothan, AL). Five Star currently serves southeast Alabama and large parts of South Georgia. The merger with a larger, fast growing credit union allows Frederica to offer many more loans with low rates to members and to provide higher yields on your savings. The merger is a benefit to both credit unions and to all our combined members.  Additional benefits are expected for all members as the two credit unions efficiently combine their internal systems.
